Oracle EBS Personalization

A global telecommunications company standardized their operations on Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS). The purpose of the Oracle Enterprise Business Suite - Personalization and Design Guidelines was to explore the features and capabilities provided by Oracle to extend or personalize the EBS suite of applications without customizing the core applications. These would be used to provide the framework for application personalizations, validate user requirements and to manage the offshore configuration and implementation of the Oracle applications suite.

To meet these goals, I prepared the Oracle EBS Personalization Design Guidelines. The following are excerpts from the Oracle EBS Personalization and Design Guidelines.
